The reason we really enjoyed it was perfect staff and drinks. It is 1 mile from the touristic places like love field airport. What a memorable stay, no reason to complain.

The hotel had excellent customer service, with friendly and helpful staff. They went above and beyond to accommodate our needs. The room was clean and comfortable, with a cozy bed and fresh linens. The location was great, with easy access to nearby attractions and restaurants. One of the best things about the hotel was the delicious food served at the bar area. We enjoyed the tasty meals and drinks during our stay.
There were a few downsides to our experience. The housekeeping could have been better, as we noticed some areas of the room were not thoroughly cleaned.

I had a great time staying at a hotel in the Dallas area. the location was convenient, close to Lovefield airport and downtown. the room was comfortable and clean, with a spacious bathroom. the staff was friendly and provided excellent service. Although there was no complimentary breakfast, the on-site restaurant offered tasty food. the hotel also had a pool and bar, which were enjoyable amenities. it was a pleasant experience with a convenient location and good service.
The check-in staff seemed confused and slow.

The lobby was very inviting and clean and the pool was nice.
The rooms were dirty and had ants. The resturant was not open although advertised. The temperature was very warm throughout the hotel. Overall impression is that the hotel was very run down.

Free breakfast and comfortable bed were two of the benefits that this hotel offered during my business trip. the hotel was also located near the convention center, which was very convenient for me.
The cleanliness of the rooms was extremely disappointing. the carpets were stained, the bathroom was dirty, and there were even hairs on the sheets.

Chaeck out
We had a horrible experience with uninvited guest knocking at our door. We told had wrong room-"stated open door anyway. I called front desk and requested to change floors and rooms. We were terrified the rest of night.

Nothing good about this hotel.
The room had blood splatters on the pillows and lamp shades. First appearance, hotel was very nice until going to room. Bathroom door looked kicked in, wouldn't shut all the way. No air in the halls, did not look clean. This was the worst hotel ever to stay at.
